Building permit fees consisting of plan review fees, construction/inspection fees applicable to all construction within the village shall be paid prior to receiving a permit. Building permit fees in subsection A of this section are all-inclusive for those project types listed. All other projects shall have total permit fees calculated by sum of all required fees in subsections B through G of this section. The following fees are hereby established and adopted:

Note:
1. Fixed Fee Permits fees are inclusive of the required plan review, zoning review, construction and inspection fees for properties zoned residential. Fixed Fee Permits for commercially zoned properties may require additional reviews and approvals.
2. Additional re-reviews or re-inspections fees are applicable per Table 8-1-12.B.7, and Table 8-1-12.C.1.
3. Types of projects not explicitly listed above or projects which exceed the scope of work generally associated with permits listed above, shall at the Building Official’s discretion, have total permit fees calculated by sum of all required fees in subsections B through G of this section.
4. No-fee Permits listed above, while still requiring a permit, are not charged any permit fees and do not require any inspections, unless indicated otherwise by the Building Official. All contractors listed on no-fee permits must be licensed in accordance with Title 3, Chapter 8 of the Village Code.
