7-4-5: RATES:

   A. The company may charge subscribers for the connection of system services and the provision of system services to subscribers in accordance with the initial schedule of rates set forth in subsection 7-4-10D 1 of this chapter.

   B. The company shall notify the municipality of any additions or changes to the rate schedule, other miscellaneous charges or premium programming at least forty (40) days prior to their effective date. Subscribers shall be notified of any changes in rates at least thirty (30) days prior to their effective date.

   C. All charges for services in connection with the grant shall be uniform and nondiscriminatory. However, the company may offer promotional rates from time to time which may be less than the regular rate.

   D. Charges shall abate pro rata in the event that service to a subscriber is interrupted for more than twenty four (24) hours for any reason whatsoever, except interruption caused by the subscriber. (Ord. 1000, 4-8-1985; amd. Ord. 1019, 11-25-1985)

1	1. Subsection 7-4-5A shall not take effect until December 31, 1986 or the date that the 50 channel system is completed.
