A. The system shall have a minimum of fifty (50) television channel capacity.
B. Repealed.
C. The system shall provide for, or shall be capable of, receiving and transmitting all VHF, UHF and FM signals. UHF stations carried on the system shall be converted to VHF channels.
D. The company shall initially provide programming as set forth herein or programming of a similar kind, if available:
