§ 10-3.5 SAME—FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle upon any street for the principal purpose of:
   (A)   Displaying for sale; or
   (B)   Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs made necessary by a bona fide emergency.
