The North Carolina Regulations for Manufactured Homes, as adopted and amended by the State Building Code Council, is hereby adopted by reference as fully as though set forth herein in its entirety, including the portions of the U.S. Administrative Code applicable to manufactured homes, as administered by Manufactured Building Division of the Office of State Fire Marshall, North Carolina Department of Insurance.
