(A) The following locations are hereby designated as loading zones.

The first two parking spaces west of Center Avenue on the north side of 13th Street | For use by individuals for loading and unloading freight and other materials between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday |
(B) It shall be unlawful for any individual to park in the designated parking spaces if they are not in the process of loading or unloading freight or other materials.
