(A) It should be unlawful for any person to park any semi-tractor or semi-trailer on the streets of the city, except in the following areas.

10th Street, between 14th Avenue and the railroad tracks |
(B) Any such vehicle that shall be actively and continuously engaged in the loading or unloading of freight may be parked on the streets of the city while the operator is engaged in such activity.

(A) The following locations are hereby designated as loading zones.
