§ 804.05 SUSPENSION, REVOCATION OR FAILURE TO RENEW LICENSES; APPEALS.

(a) The Mayor may suspend, revoke or fail to renew any license issued pursuant to this chapter upon being satisfied that the licensee has violated any of the terms of this chapter or any of the rules and regulations established and adopted by the Mayor or his or her designee as provided in § 804.03.

(b) The decision of the Mayor may be appealed pursuant to the provisions of R.C. Ch. 2506.
