156.03 BOUNDARIES OF DEVELOPMENT AND RENOVATION DISTRICT.

The boundaries of the Market Street business district shall not be limited solely to Market Street, but shall include the following areas as well: Line Street between Short and Main; High Street between Short and Main; and other areas determined by the Committee.
