§ 153.048 PROCEDURE FOR REVIEW OF NONSTANDARD SUBDIVISIONS.
   (A)   The procedure for review of a , as defined herein, is as follows: for public utility use, special use and cemetery , if sufficiently identified and encumbered for all respective uses (i.e., pump station, water tank, sign , common , and the like) be approved either in conjunction with a major or , development plan review or separately by the , upon submission of a plat describing the subdivision.    (B)   Procedure for review of developments. In cases where development review is not superseded by other regulations (such as zoning), the developments, as defined herein, be reviewed by the . Plans for each development be prepared in conformance with § 153.049 and with special provisions, general regulations, and exceptions and modifications of this chapter, except that the sections, upon request, be modified by the : § 153.069(G) (Minimum curve radius), § 153.069(H) (Intersections), § 153.075 ( access), § 153.079(A) ( dimensions) and § 153.079(D) ( configuration and frontage). In such cases, the   use discretion in applying standards.
