A. The county may acquire property through purchase, gift, voluntary dedication, or eminent domain.
B. A land use authority may require the public dedication and improvement of a road, street, or other infrastructure or facility if the county, because of a proposed use activity or development finds the road, street, or other infrastructure or facility necessary, and with a finding that such requirement complies with the standards of section 10-2-8 of this chapter.
