A. The village shall be responsible for the continued administration of this title and all franchise agreements. The village may delegate this authority from time to time.
B. The grantee shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with any of the provisions of this title by reason of any failure of the village to enforce prompt compliance.
C. Unless specifically required by applicable law, any dispute arising with respect to this title or a franchise agreement granted pursuant hereto shall be subject to review by any court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the state of Illinois. (Ord. 1241, 6-18-2001)
