13-1-6: PUBLICATION OF NOTICES:
All public notices or ordinances required to be published by the grantor under this title or any franchise agreement shall be published in pamphlet form as provided by law. Each grantee shall pay the costs for publication of its franchise agreement, and any amendments thereto, as such publication is required or authorized by law. (Ord. 1241, 6-18-2001)
