12-1-8: VIOLATION; PENALTIES:
Any person who is convicted of a violation of this title shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Nothing contained in this section shall prevent the village from taking any other lawful actions that may be necessary to secure compliance with this title. (Ord. 1334, 4-18-2005; amd. 2011 Code)
