9-4-4: LOCAL CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL PROGRAM:
The village shall develop a comprehensive control program for the elimination and prevention of all cross connections, the removal of all existing cross connections, and the prevention of all future cross connections. (Ord. 955, 6-20-1988)
