8-2-7: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (1983 Code § 11-1-11; amd. 2011 Code)
