The street adjacent to the railroad extending southeast from 4th Avenue West to the junction of 5th Avenue West and 3rd Street West is hereby designated a southbound one-way street, and northbound traffic on said street is hereby expressly prohibited.
3rd Street West from 4th Avenue West to 1st Avenue West is hereby designated a northbound one-way street, and southbound traffic on said street is hereby expressly prohibited.
4th Avenue West between 4th Street West and 3rd Street West is hereby designated an eastbound one-way street, and westbound traffic on said street is hereby expressly prohibited.
4th Street West from 1st Avenue West to 4th Avenue West is hereby designated a southbound one-way street, and northbound traffic on said street is hereby expressly prohibited.
