Unless otherwise provided herein, any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined five dollars ($5.00) for each violation which fine shall be increased to ten dollars ($10.00) in the event the same is not paid within forty eight (48) hours from the time of said violation as noted on the parking ticket issued by the police department of the village and which fine shall be further increased to no less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each offense in the event the same is not paid within thirty (30) days from the time of said violation determined as aforesaid.
