7-3-4: PARKING IN ALLEYS:
No vehicle shall be parked in any alley in the village except during the time that such vehicle is actually being loaded or unloaded, and in no case shall a vehicle be parked in such a manner as to obstruct traffic in any alley. (1983 Code § 9-1-7)
