7-3-3: PARKING DURING SNOWFALL:
It shall be unlawful for the owner, operator or lessee of any automobile, truck or other motor vehicle to park or allow said automobile, truck or other motor vehicle to remain on any of the streets and avenues located within the village during any period when snow has accumulated thereon to a depth of two (2) or more inches. (1983 Code § 9-1-6)
