A. Any certain property within the village which becomes a "chronic nuisance property", as defined in section 6-5F-1 of this article, is in violation of this article and is subject to the remedies contained herein. (Ord. 1136, 8-18-1997)
B. Any person in charge who permits property under his or her ownership or control to be a chronic nuisance property shall be in violation of this article and subject to the remedies contained herein. (Ord. 1136, 8-18-1997; amd. 2011 Code)
