5-6-8: ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL:

The chief of police, or his designees, will have the primary responsibility for the enforcement of the noise regulations of this chapter. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the police chief, or his designees, from obtaining voluntary compliance by way of warning, notice, or education. (Ord. 1409, 11-6-2006)
