5-1-15: PENALTIES:
Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and in the discretion of the village president, the license may be revoked. (1983 Code § 3-14-22; amd. 2011 Code)
