5-1-14: REVOCATION OF LICENSE:
Any restaurant license may be revoked by the village president for violation of the provisions of this chapter or for any violation of any provision of this code relating to the conduct of business, the condition of premises, the articles sold, or the license required. (1983 Code § 3-14-5)
