4-17-10: OPERATOR TO MAINTAIN REGISTER OF EMPLOYEES:

The operator of a massage establishment must maintain a register of all persons employed as masseurs or masseuses and their permit numbers. Such register shall be available for inspection at all times during regular business hours. (Ord. 1584, 7-15-2013)
