Site Plan Review and Approval
EDITOR’S NOTE: Site plan review regulations are established to promote the public health and general welfare by requiring development plans to be submitted to, and reviewed by the Planning Commission for uses which have a potential for significant impact on a neighborhood but which when properly designed with respect to their surroundings can become acceptable uses in the neighborhood. The primary purposes of such review shall be to ensure orderly and beneficial development and the most appropriate use of land in keeping with the purposes of the zoning district in which a development is proposed.
