§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm within the city limits, unless necessary or proper for the protection of person or property.

(B) This section shall not be construed to prohibit a law enforcement officer from discharging a firearm in the performance of the officer’s duty.

§ 130.99 PENALTY.

(A) A violation of § 130.22 of this chapter is a misdemeanor and is subject to a fine of not less than $100 and not more than $250 for each offense.

(B) Any person who violates any other provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
