(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who violates § 96.01(B) shall, upon conviction, be subjected to a fine of not more than $50. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and is punishable as such hereunder.

(C) Any person who violates any provision of § 96.02 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100.
