These rules and regulations apply to the Midway City Park, 300 Dudley Street, Midway, Kentucky:
(A) Alcoholic beverages shall not be permitted;
(B) All dogs on park property must be on leash;
(C) (Reserved);
(D) The game "paintball" and any similar games are prohibited;
(E) Horses shall not be permitted;
(F) No motorized vehicles of any kind (except wheelchairs) shall be permitted, except on designated roadways and parking areas;
(G) No wheeled vehicles of any kind (except wheelchairs and infant strollers) shall be permitted on designated trails; and
(H) Profanity shall not be permitted.
