§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 91.001 through 91.006, 91.015 through 91.020, and 91.030 through shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $500.
   (C)   Any person violating the terms of § 91.060 shall be fined the sum of $25 but no more than $250 for each violation in failing to obtain a necessary permit, pay the required inspection fees or in contracting with a contractor that is not a city registered and approved contractor.

   (D)   Violation of § 91.061 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each offense. Each day of violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense or violation.

   (E)   Any property owner, developer or utility installer in violation of §§ 91.075 through 91.078 who fails to comply with the requirements of an encroachment permit shall be subject to a fine of $500 and charged with the obligation in bringing the work performed into full compliance with the requirements and conditions under which the permit was issued, or subject to both fine and bringing the work to be performed into compliance with the encroachment permit issued.
