(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
(B) A violation of § 52.01 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each violation.

(C) For a violation of § 52.03 the property owner shall forfeit the right to use and maintain the pumps, and upon conviction for violation of this section shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $100.

(D) A violation of § 52.04 shall result in a fine of not less than $15 and not more than $100. Each violation of this section shall constitute a separate offense.
