§ 1840.01 ADOPTION OF OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH RULES.
   A certain document of the Ohio Department of Health, three copies of which are on permanent file in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Health of the Middletown City Health District, and three on file in the law library of Butler County in the City Building of the City of Middletown, all for the use and examination of the public, being for the purpose of regulating the operation and maintenance of public swimming pools and being marked and designated State of Ohio, Department of Health, Public Health Council, Swimming Pools and other Bathing Places, Rules 3701-31-01 to 3701-31-10, inclusive, and effective January 1, 1977, is adopted as a regulation of the Middletown City Health District, and each and all of the rules, provisions, conditions and terms of such document are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out herein. The Secretary of the Board of Health shall at all times have copies thereof available for distribution to the public at a price not exceeding the cost of printing such copies.
