Before a permit required in Section 1452.02 is issued, there shall be paid to the City a fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each new installation and in addition a charge of five dollars ($5.00) for each 100 square feet of area served or five dollars ($5.00) for each 100 lineal feet of piping.
