Any person having been issued the permit required in § 1444.03 shall, while engaged in the removal of any building and while occupying any street for such purpose, cause red lights to be placed in a conspicuous place in the front and rear of such building and obstruction, from dark until sunrise, each night during the time such building or obstruction remains in any street of the City.
