§ 1434.02 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER.

No person shall erect upon, hang from or attach to any building or other structure, any awning, canopy or marquee of any kind or nature over and across the space or area occupied by a sidewalk or thoroughfare of the City in an area designated for zoning as a BC (Business Center) District or a UC (Urban Core) District except as provided in this chapter.
