(a) Fees for the issuance of a permit as provided in § 1418.01 and the subsequent inspection of the work performed under the permit are as follows:
(1) For 250,000 BTU’s per hour input heating or less, or five ton, (2,000 cubic feet per minute [CFM]) cooling or less, the following fees shall apply:
A. New construction:
Heating only | $115.00 |
Cooling only | $115.00 |
Heating and cooling combined | $175.00 |
Miscellaneous heating equipment (e.g., space heaters, infrared heaters, unit heaters, etc.) | $115.00/per unit |
Steam or hot water boilers | $115.00/per unit |
Multifamily | $115.00 for each unit |
B. Replacements or additions:
Residential $85.00/per dwelling unit
Commercial $115.00/per unit
C. All reinspections: sixty dollars ($60.00).
(2) For more than 250,000 BTU’s per hour input heating, or more than five ton, cooling, an additional sixty dollars ($60.00) will be charged. For each duct smoke detectors for HVAC systems exceeding 2,000 CFM, add forty-five dollars ($45.00).
