The temporary blocking of or storage on sidewalks and streets in the City will require the payment of fees, as follows:
(a) Thirty-five dollars ($35.00) for the first 50 linear feet, or portion thereof, and five dollars ($5.00) for each 100 linear feet, or portion thereof, in excess of 50 feet. Such fee shall be for the first 60-day period or part thereof.
(b) A renewal fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each 30-day period or part thereof over sixty days.
