(a) The construction or reconstruction of a driveway from the paved roadway to the street shall be in accordance with the standards established by the City Manager. Detailed plans of the proposed construction or reconstruction may be required showing lot lines, street curb lines, street inlets or public utility structures that may be affected by or which are immediately adjacent to the proposed driveway, and such other information as may be necessary, all of which shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer and the City Traffic.
(b) When a driveway is ready to receive concrete, the Engineering Division office shall be duly notified so that an inspection may be made.
