Pursuant to Article IV, § 6 of the City Charter, there is hereby adopted by and for the City, for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the design, erection, construction, alteration, repair and demolition of all structures other than one, two and three-family dwellings, that certain code known as the Ohio Building Code, current edition as adopted by the State of Ohio, consisting of Chapter 4101:1 of the Ohio Administrative Code, including applicable rules and regulations of the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
