(a) Whoever violates § 835.02 shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor.
(b) Whoever violates §§ 835.08, 835.09 or 835.10 shall be guilty of a third degree misdemeanor for the first offense and shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor for subsequent violations occurring within five years. In addition to any other penalty permitted by law, if an offender is convicted of a first degree misdemeanor as provided in this subsection, the court shall impose a suspension of the swap shop/second-hand dealer's license for a period of not less than 60 nor more than 180 days.
(c) Whoever violates §§ 835.04, 835.05, 835.051 or 835.011, shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor.
(d) A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues.
