CHAPTER 840: PAWNBROKERS

Effective July 22, 1994, the statute currently set forth as Ohio R.C. § 4727.21, which established that the state shall be the sole regulator of pawnbrokers, preempted municipal regulations concerning pawnbrokers. For state regulations concerning pawnbrokers, see Ohio R.C. Chapter 4727.
