§ 835.09 USE OF FICTITIOUS NAME OR ADDRESS.

(a) No person who sells, exchanges or trades a second-hard article to or purchases from a swap shop/second-hand dealer shall knowingly give false information or false identification required under this chapter to the swap shop/second-hand dealer.

(b) No swap shop/second-hand dealer shall purchase, exchange, trade, receive or sell any second-hand article from a seller who fails to provide identification or information required under this chapter.
