§ 212.01 NUMBERING METHOD ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   Commencing January 1, 1975, ordinances passed by the City Council shall be numbered by taking the capital letter “O” followed by the last two digits of the year in which the ordinance is passed, then by a hyphen and finally by the sequential number by which the ordinance is presented to the City Council, starting with the number one for the first such ordinance in each calendar year.
   (b)   Resolutions shall be numbered in the same manner with the number of the resolution being preceded by capital letter “R” instead of “O”.
