§ 209.01 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

Except in those instances where the City Council, under the authority of the City Charter, elects to establish a procedure, by special ordinance, other than prescribed in this chapter, this chapter shall be followed with respect to the award and execution of City contracts and Ohio R.C. 153.12 shall not apply.
