In addition to the notices required in § 208.03, the chairperson of the public body shall cause a written notice of the time and place of each regular meeting and the time, place and purpose of each special meeting of the public body to be posted on the bulletin board in the lobby of the City Building at least 24 hours prior to any such meeting.
