§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who shall violate any provision of §§ 115.15 or 115.16 shall be fined not more than $100.

   (B)   Any person adjudicated guilty of violating any provision of § 115.30 through § 115.42 by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be subject to revocation of his or her active permit and a fine of up to $100.00.

   (C)   Any person who engages in the business of buying, selling, bartering or dealing in junk, old metals or second-hand articles, including second-hand automobiles, without having a currently valid license as hereinbefore provided, or who violates any of the provisions of §§ 115.55 through 115.63, shall, on conviction, be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100.
   (D)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which there is not otherwise a penalty shall be subject to the penalty of § 10.99.
