§ 115.62 TRANSACTIONS WITH UNLICENSED MINORS PROHIBITED.

No person licensed as herein provided shall directly or indirectly either purchase or receive in barter or exchange any of the materials or articles designated in § 115.46 from any minor unless such minor shall be licensed in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
