(a) The Streets Committee, with the advice of the Village Sexton and the Village Administrator, shall establish charges for the purchase of graves, opening and closing of graves, burial of cremated remains, disinterment, foundations for monuments, and such other matters as shall be deemed appropriate. Council, in its discretion, shall have the authority to modify any such charges should it deem a modification necessary.
(b) Consistent with Section 135.09 of the Codified Ordinances, all such fees shall be reviewed annually by the Finance Committee and Council.
