Commencing March 1, 2012, and no later than March 1 of each year thereafter, the Village Administrator shall have reviewed all the fees and charges imposed by the Village, as shown on Exhibit “A” attached to Ordinance 11-127 and as may be amended thereafter, and shall make recommendations to the Finance Committee of Council as to the sufficiency and adequacy of such fees and charges. The Finance Committee shall thereafter review same and report to Council its findings and conclusions.
