1501.01 ADOPTION.
   The Municipality hereby adopts the Ohio Fire Code (OFC) as adopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce and as published in Chapter 1301:7-7-7 of the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC), as may be amended hereafter.

1501.02 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of the Ohio Fire Code as adopted herein is to prescribe minimum standards and regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion.
